Sheri Ricketts, Broker/Owner >> Born in Vermont, raised in the Midwest, jumping into the Indiana real estate industry in 2002 I've conquered every aspect of the business from creating eye catching marketing materials, working with buyers and sellers for existing and new construction homes to managing over 3M Sq Ft of Commercial Shopping Centers. Relocating to Florida in early 2018 I yet again expanded my career into the management of vacation and annual rental markets. Outside of providing excellent service to my owners and tenants, I love to be at the beach for endless shelling and snorkeling, as well as, taking in local outside dining establishments that offer live music. I'm a proud mother of two and a proud grandmother of four.
TL Cordes, Sales Associate & Interior Designer >> Originally from the Northeast I put down roots in Southwest Florida over two decades ago. As a stay-at-home mom raising my children it was finally time for me to get back out and embrace my passions. My interior design career began as a happy accident when I partnered with a local Sarasota custom home builder. After just a few short months I was promoted to head designer and earned my place within the interior design world. Utilizing my interior design skills and the staging of real estate properties for sale, obtaining my Florida Real Estate License complimented my services along with having my Bachelor degree in English Literature. Rob Fulton, Maintenance >> Raised in Maine but truly from all over, including Massachusetts, Canada, Arkansas and Chicago, I have found the secret code to a permanent happy life in sunny Florida! My background is in property preservation, home renovations and restoring bank owned properties. I’ve provided handyman service’s for over 14 years and am proud to say I have an immaculate eye for attention to the smallest detail and proclivity for understanding the inner workings of housing structures and systems that make my work beautiful and truly valuable. In my spare time I love to play in the local dart league, relax on the golf course and enjoy time with my five beautiful grandchildren.
